The whole place is losing a lot due to the owner's incompetence and poor management. A man quite disconnected from reality, with no respect for other people. It's sad to look at his employees and, as you can easily find out, the salary is below the minimum. I'm surprised no one has reported it yet. A place is created primarily by the atmosphere... and the atmosphere there does not encourage you to come back. It was supposed to be culture and the only cultured guests are there who promote this place to him, because the owner himself has nothing to do with it. There are places in Tomaszów that are created by people with passion and love. You want to come back to such places and spend weekend evenings, without the rudeness, rudeness and slyness that represents the owner of the arcades. Due to the atmosphere that is spoiled by the owner himself and the way he treats employees + the starvation wages he pays... I do not recommend this place to residents and I will certainly never take visitors from other cities there, because a place that should be proud of is an embarrassing shame.

The coffee is ok, but the potato pancakes are a disaster... Fried in frying pan. Probably in some kind of mold, because I've never seen such perfectly round pancakes in my life. Disgusting taste of fries. The smell of old oil. A big problem for a cook is to throw the pancake into the pan... The waitress didn't even comment on my opinion, she only accepted it without comment.
